Servicing

A service truck that knows your platform

A rotary platform is a machine like any other: it rewards being looked after and punishes being ignored.

Scheduled service plan

A dedicated service truck, equipped with spare components and servicing gear, on a schedule that fits your season rather than interrupting it.

The full check-over

Running gear, drive units, safety gear and the overall integrity of the platform, checked properly each visit.

Your platform's history

Your platform's details and service history are recorded in our database, so every visit builds on the last one instead of starting from scratch.

Morning milking can't wait — that's what the service plan is for

Platforms on our scheduled service plan get more than the regular check-over: the plan comes with an after-hours line, so a platform that won't turn at 4:30am gets someone who knows rotary platforms inside out, any hour. Cows don't wait, and on the plan, neither do you.
