Air, water, steam, hot water, tallow, CO₂, O₂, petroleum products, chemicals and dairy product: we've spooled and installed pipework for the lot, in a range of metals, welded by staff ticketed in pipework welding.

What we handle

Spooling, installation and repair

Pipework is unforgiving work: the weld you can't see is the one that matters. Ours is done by ticketed pipework welders, spooled in the workshop where the quality is easy to control, then installed on site.

Process pipework — steel, stainless and other metals to suit the product
Dairy and food-grade lines — stainless work for product you can't compromise on
Steam and hot water — plus air, gases and petroleum products
Chemical lines — materials matched to what's flowing through them

Maintenance agreements

A burst line doesn't wait for Monday

For plants on a maintenance agreement with us, it doesn't have to: the agreement comes with an after-hours line, and a burst main at midnight gets an engineer, not an answerphone. If your process can't afford to stand still, that's the conversation to have with us.
